The company's dividend policy
The Company has a dividend policy of approximately 50% of net profit after corporate income tax and legal reserve, based on the separate financial statements, provided that the Company has sufficient profitability and liquidity and that such payment does not adversely affect the Company’s business operations.
The subsidiary and affiliated companies' dividend policy
The company’s subsidiary and affiliated companies’ dividend will be paid based on their sufficient cash flow after legal reserve under their Board of Directors’ decision on case by case basis.
